Poster and Abstract Submission Guidelines and Requirements

1. Poster submission closed on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 5:00 PM EET (14:00 UTC). Reach out to help@bioinnovation.gr if you have any questions.

2. All submissions will be reviewed by the Organizers and the decision will be communicated by email to the presenting author.

3. To present a poster you must first submit an abstract.

   • Your abstract should summarize the work presented in the poster.

   • The abstract is normally between, 100-300 words.

   • Abstracts will be made publicly available to 2024 Bio3 Forum Website.

   • Visit this page for guidance on how to write your abstract.

4. The same person may submit up to 3 posters as presenter.

5. Poster prizes will be awarded to 8 presenters selected by a committee.

6. Registration is needed to attend the Forum and present the poster.
